Accessing the hotel via car was quite complicated due to the narrow streets and recommended parking located far from the entrance. The breakfast service struggled during busy hours, leading to a lack of available food items and utensils, frustrating during my mornings.

The location in the historical center of the city was unbeatable and nice. Visited an ancient well, located just a short walk away from the venue. The room was good sized, and we had a spectacular view of street.

The location for Perugia was comfortable, close to the centre of Perugia, and the center of a fascinating city. Its staff was well-trained and attentive.

I loved the charming design with its mix of modern and traditional vibes! The breakfast had plenty of options, but the bathroom lacked storage space 🌸

The location stood out, tucked in a quiet side street yet just steps from the main square. I loved the charming ivy-covered facade, cute me back after long days exploring. The room was cozy and comfortable, albeit a bit small. I appreciated the roof terrace, where I sipped wine while taking in the fine views over Perugia. While the breakfast room had character, the food options could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet didn't quite meet expectations with limited selection and occasionally cold dishes. The carpet in the common areas seemed neglected, which took away from the overall charm. Staff were friendly and willing to help, particularly with local dining recommendations. The cleaning in the breakfast area felt inconsistent, with tables often not cleared quickly enough.

Proximity to major attractions. A rooftop area where you can sit with a glass of wine and have a look at the surroundings.
Breakfast only cold snacks. I'd like an omelette, sausages, etc.

The rooftop terrace offered fantastic views over the city.
Navigating to the hotel was quite a challenge due to the narrow streets and restricted access, made parking a hassle.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk to charming restaurants like La Taverna. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh croissants. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient.
The bathroom was a bit small.

Hotel is in vell preserved old building. Excellent location. Good breakfast.
Never drive to the hotel if you have larger car. It's located on pedestrian street which you can enter but will have a difficulty to drive out. They send you back to a public parking outside historical centre giving some vague directions how to get out of the place, and the streets in that area are very narrow. I was forced by hotel staff to drive out immediately after unloading of luggage because another car was waiting for me and it was blocking traffic on another street. If In fact, there is a chain of running stairs from the parking house which takes you to one block from the hotel, and it takes a few minutes - no need to drive there

The Hotel was very conveniently placed. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was in a very pleasant room and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were very helpful even informing us of a mini-bus to the Airport which cost us 7E for two of us instead of a Taxi which would have cost 35E. We would deffinitely use this hotel again.

great view , but parking was difficult.
The breakfast featured a varied selection. The desk staff were friendly, providing valuable suggestions for local attractions. I loved my room's window with a fine city view that brightened my days. Watching the sunrise each morning was a good experience.
Parking was a frustrating challenge.

This is a very good hotel. The staff were helpful, especially Nicola (who makes the best cappucino in town at breakfast) and knowledgeable, but had only limited english. The location is excellent for exploring the city and for access to restaurants. The breakfast was better than average for a three-star. We booked an upgraded room, which included a private balcony. The building is historic but very well maintained.
The room was on the fifth floor but the elevator only goes to the fourth. The private patio was nice but would have been more appreciated in the spring and summer. Given the time of year of our stay (November), we would have preferred a bigger indoor space. There was no bathtub and the shower was barely adequate in size.
